Car was brought in for service. We were not notified when the car was ready for return (we had to call in to ask if the car was ready). Furthermore, one item (AC) could not be fixed at the time because of a parts backorder and there is no timeframe for remedy. This during summer! TBH the latter complaint really has more do to with the manufacturer and supply chain than the dealership, but for a five-month old NEW car, I would expect something to fill the gap (perhaps a loaner for a couple longer trips we were planning on making).

Seemed to be the same as Durand Chevrolet (most likely still the same awesome employees)?
